        Warranty and Repair

        All Halo & Bliss jewellery is covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Within this period, we will repair any issues arising from production faults at no additional cost.

        Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by everyday wear, improper handling, or misuse. All repair requests are assessed individually and handled at the discretion of Halo & Bliss.

        To request a repair, please contact us at hello@haloandbliss.com or call +971 4 225 6153 (Monday–Friday: 10 AM–5 PM, Saturday: 10 AM–2 PM). Kindly include clear images of the item, details of the issue, your original purchase information, and contact details. All repair requests are subject to review and approval. 

        Warranty Exclusions

        The warranty does not cover:

        • Lost or misplaced items
        • Damage resulting in stone loss
        • Discolouration due to exposure to chemicals (perfume, cosmetics, etc.)
        • Prong damage or structural impact
        • Surface scratches from regular wear
        • Improper usage or storage
        • Any modifications or repairs carried out by third parties

        Items purchased through external retailers are not covered under the Halo & Bliss warranty.
