We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.

Delivery Timelines – UAE

• Dubai: Same-day delivery for in-stock items.
• Other Emirates: 2 business days.
• Backorder Items: 7–10 business days across the UAE

International Delivery

Delivery timelines for international orders typically range between 5-15 business days. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout.

Delivery Restrictions

To ensure secure handling of fine jewellery, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. A signature may be required upon delivery. 

Taxes & Duties

All UAE orders include 5% VAT within the listed price.
For international shipments, customs duties and taxes are not included and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments are sent via trusted carriers such as FedEx and include full insurance coverage. In the rare event of a shipment loss, a full credit or replacement will be provided once the loss is verified by Halo & Bliss.

In-Store Collection

Customers may opt for store pickup from our Dubai location. Simply select “Store Pickup” at checkout, and our team will notify you once your order is ready.
