Returns

We offer a full refund on eligible items returned within 15 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the item.

Returned items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• Accompanied by original packaging and tags
• Free from any signs of wear or damage

Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging. Oversized or additional packaging may incur extra charges, which will be deducted from the refund if applicable.

The following items are non-returnable:

• Made-to-order or customised pieces
• Engraved or personalised jewellery
• Special order items

 International orders are currently not eligible for returns or refunds.

Exchanges

If you require a different size, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for your preferred size.
