Assignment: We reserve the right to assign, delegate, or transfer this Agreement or any of our rights and obligations under it, in whole or in part, to any third party, at any time, with or without prior notice or consent. You may not transfer, assign, or delegate any part of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written approval. Any attempt to do so without such consent will be considered null and void.

3. Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with any referenced policies or documents, constitutes the entire understanding between you and Halo & Bliss regarding your use of our website and services. It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.

4. Severability, No Waiver & Survival: If any part of this Agreement is deemed unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that portion will be interpreted in a manner that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties. The remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. A failure by Halo & Bliss to enforce any right or provision under this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of that right. All rights and obligations which by their nature should survive termination of this Agreement, shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
